Trough & Stacker System installed in a drainage ditch

Trough & Stacker System

Two-component modular drainage combining exceptional hydraulic performance with 93% less embodied carbon than concrete

Modular Drainage System

Two-component system: Trough units (A or B) sit on the drainage ditch floor to channel water, while Stacker units placed on top filter water down into the trough below. Water then flows through the trough to connected catch pits.

Modular Design

Stackable units create custom depths and configurations. Cut on-site to navigate obstacles.

Rapid Installation

Lightweight modules install without heavy machinery. Designed for rapid installation.

Superior Flow

Open structure prevents clogging. Self-cleaning design maintains performance over decades.

Chemical Resistant

Unaffected by oils, salts, and chemicals. Ideal for highways and industrial applications.

Sustainable

Made from end-of-life tyres. Can be recycled or left in-situ at end of service life.

Load Bearing

Fatigue tested to over 506,000 cycles for railway and highway applications. Proven long-term compressive stability with minimal deflection over a 60-year design life.
